Privacy and your information
Samajya Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Who is responsible for your information
Samajya at samajya.com is operated by PRAAKRUTIKA PRIVATE LIMITED, Pancham, Nanded City, Sinhagad Road, Pune - 411068, Maharashtra, India. In this policy, “Samajya”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean PRAAKRUTIKA PRIVATE LIMITED. For privacy requests, corrections or grievances, contact contact@samajya.com · +91 86009 93671. You may also write to the address above, marked “Samajya — Privacy and Grievances”.
This policy covers the public informational website, its enquiry forms, authorised owner-admin publishing and media hosted on this website. The mobile app is not yet launched. Any future app accounts, memberships, bookings or payments will be governed by the notices and terms presented for those services.
2. Information we receive
Business and community enquiries. We receive the organisation or business name, contact person, representative role, email address and city you provide, together with your selected area of interest and message. The community-website enquiry form receives your name, email address and message. Optional message fields should contain only information needed to answer your request.
Correspondence. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share and records needed to follow up. Do not send passwords, payment codes, identity-document copies, private membership lists or sensitive details about another person through a general enquiry.
Technical information. Website and email infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, security events and delivery information. The enquiry service uses a hashed IP identifier and submission times for rate limiting. An IP hash is a security identifier, not a promise of anonymity.
Authorised administration. Owner-admin access involves the administrator’s email address, password-verification information, sign-in session and security records. Administrative content, media, drafts, publication status and revisions are stored to operate the publishing tools. These tools do not create public contributor or member accounts.
3. How and why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess community or business requests, maintain correspondence, deliver website content and media, manage authorised publishing, prevent spam and unauthorised access, troubleshoot faults, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We rely on the permissions or other lawful grounds that apply to the particular activity.
Sending an enquiry does not enrol you in marketing, create a membership, purchase a listing or authorise us to publish your private message. We do not use the enquiry forms to collect payment credentials or private community-member records. If a new purpose requires a separate notice or permission, we will provide it before that use.
4. Who receives enquiries and other information
Business and general community enquiry forms send messages to contact@samajya.com. The enquiry form on the community-website reference page sends messages to Contact@praakrutika.com, with a copy to contact@samajya.com, for follow-up by the operator. Authorised personnel may access correspondence for those purposes.
We use Hostinger for website hosting, email and related infrastructure. Service providers may process information needed to deliver those services, protect their systems and support us. We may disclose information where legally required, to address misuse or security incidents, or to protect lawful rights. A business or community reached through its own website, email, phone or WhatsApp contact may handle your communication under its own notice.
We do not treat a private enquiry as permission to publish a testimonial or personal profile. Public publication of submitted words, photographs or identifying details requires the appropriate rights, authority and disclosed publication purpose.
5. Cookies, browser storage and external links
The enquiry forms use a session cookie to protect submissions. The owner-admin area uses a secure sign-in session. Hosting infrastructure may use technical mechanisms for security and content delivery. Blocking required cookies can prevent forms or admin access from working.
The contributor workspace currently shown on the public website is a labelled browser-only preview. Its preview drafts and selected images remain in that browser tab’s session storage; they are not submitted to the server or published through that preview. You can use “Clear browser drafts” to remove them. Closing the browser tab normally ends its session storage; browser restore behaviour can vary.
No advertising or marketing analytics tracker is currently configured in the website code reviewed for this release. External links can take you to services with their own privacy practices. Continuing to WhatsApp passes the prepared message and destination number to WhatsApp to open a chat; you choose whether to send it to the business there. Opening an external website or map shares the request with that provider.
6. Public content and media
Published articles, event information, business or community details, images, audio and video are available to visitors and may be indexed, downloaded or copied. Do not include private information in public content unless the relevant people have agreed to that audience and the publication is lawful. Clearly labelled illustrations, fictional stories and previews must not be represented as records of real events or completed services.
Owner-admin drafts and unpublished media are restricted by the website’s access controls. Removing an entry from public display does not automatically remove copies already downloaded, shared, cached or indexed by others. Recoverable archived content and hosting backups may remain available to authorised administrators.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain enquiries and correspondence while handling the request and for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, record keeping, resolving disputes or complying with applicable law. We review retained information and remove it when it is no longer needed for those purposes. You may ask us to delete an enquiry through the privacy contact above; we will explain if information must be retained for a lawful reason.
Published content remains available until it is updated or removed. Drafts, recoverable archived entries and uploaded media remain in the owner’s publishing records until reviewed and removed or otherwise dealt with under applicable retention requirements. Security and delivery records are kept only for the operational and legal purposes for which they are needed. Hosting and email backup cycles can delay removal of residual backup copies.
8. Your choices, requests and grievances
You can choose not to send an enquiry and can contact us by another available method. You may ask about information relating to you, request a correction or deletion, withdraw a permission where applicable, or raise a privacy concern by emailing contact@samajya.com · +91 86009 93671. State the page or enquiry involved and the outcome you seek, without including unnecessary sensitive documents.
We may need proportionate information to verify a request and protect another person’s information. We will assess and respond under the law applicable to the request, explain relevant limits, and route a concern appropriately where another organisation is responsible. This policy does not restrict any statutory complaint, appeal or other remedy available to you.
9. Children, safeguards and processing locations
This informational website does not offer child accounts or ask children to submit private profiles. Adults submitting business or community enquiries should not include a child’s personal information unless it is necessary, lawful and appropriately authorised. If you believe a child’s information has been provided inappropriately, contact us so we can assess and address it.
We use HTTPS, access controls, password-verification safeguards and server-side validation to help protect information. No internet service can promise absolute security. Where an incident requires notification under applicable law, we will take the required steps. We and our providers may process information in locations where our infrastructure and support operate, subject to applicable legal requirements; contact us for relevant information about a particular request.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, services or legal requirements change. We will identify the updated version and provide additional notice or seek renewed permission where required. A future app or transaction feature will not be covered merely by a preview on this website.
