Samajya Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Operator and scope
These Terms of Use govern the Samajya informational website at samajya.com, operated by PRAAKRUTIKA PRIVATE LIMITED, Pancham, Nanded City, Sinhagad Road, Pune - 411068, Maharashtra, India. Questions and complaints can be sent to contact@samajya.com · +91 86009 93671. Postal correspondence may be marked “Samajya — Website Support”.
The website provides public information, editorial material, business introductions, event overviews and enquiry routes. It does not currently provide mobile-app membership, booking, payment or transaction services. Future app services will have their own applicable terms and notices. A preview, demonstration, planned-feature description or public listing does not establish that a service is available.
2. Using the website responsibly
You may browse the public website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority to act for a community or business, submit deceptive or unlawful material, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, send spam, or use the website to collect or expose another person’s private information.
Provide accurate contact information when requesting follow-up. Adults making an enquiry for an organisation must have the appropriate authority. A public event description does not automatically establish eligibility to attend, membership of a community or permission to act on its behalf.
3. Enquiries and communications
An enquiry is a request for discussion and follow-up. It does not create a paid listing, advertising agreement, membership, booking, purchase, agency relationship or guarantee of acceptance. Any commercial scope, pricing, deliverables or other commitment must be separately confirmed by the parties.
Business and general community enquiries are sent to contact@samajya.com. The community-website reference enquiry is sent to Contact@praakrutika.com with a copy to contact@samajya.com. Private enquiries are handled for follow-up as described in the Privacy Policy; they are not automatically published or treated as marketing consent. Use direct email or phone if a form is unavailable.
4. Editorial material, illustrations and previews
Stories, articles and episode scripts provide information and perspectives. Fictional or illustrative narratives, AI-generated illustrations, product concepts and browser previews are identified where applicable; they must not be taken as evidence of a real event, participant, result or live service. Audio or video is available only where a playable recording is actually provided.
Information may change. Confirm event arrangements, participation requirements and business offerings with the identified organiser or business before relying on them. General information on community support or urgent assistance is not a monitored emergency service or a substitute for qualified professional advice.
5. Independent businesses, communities and external services
A listed business or organiser is responsible for the offerings and arrangements it makes. A listing is not a guarantee of quality or an endorsement of every claim. Samajya remains responsible for its own conduct and does not use this distinction to exclude obligations that the law places on it.
External websites, maps, email, telephone and WhatsApp routes are controlled by their respective providers. A prepared WhatsApp enquiry is not sent by this website; you review and send it through WhatsApp. Review the provider’s terms and privacy practices before using its service. The website does not collect a payment merely because it links to a business or describes a future app feature.
6. Content, permissions and intellectual property
PRAAKRUTIKA PRIVATE LIMITED and its licensors retain the rights they hold in Samajya’s branding, website design, software and original material. Other names, trademarks, images and content belong to their respective rights holders. You may access material as reasonably needed for lawful use of the website and as permitted by applicable law; broader reproduction, commercial reuse or false claims of endorsement require the appropriate permission.
If you provide content for review or publication through an authorised channel, you must have the necessary rights and permissions, including permission for personal information and images of others. A submission is not a promise of publication. The permission given must cover the intended publication and audience; it does not transfer unrelated ownership rights or authorise private data disclosure.
7. Owner administration and contributor preview
Owner-admin tools are restricted to authorised administrators. Administrators must keep credentials confidential, review text, dates, attribution, image descriptions and media playback before publishing, and use only content and media they have the right to publish. Draft, published and archived states have different public visibility; saved content is not public merely because it appears in an editor.
The separate public contributor workspace is currently a clearly labelled browser-only preview. Its draft-saving and simulated-submission controls do not submit content to Samajya, establish a real account or create a publication request. Do not use that preview to store confidential information or treat its simulated status as editorial acceptance.
8. Corrections, removal and complaints
To report an error, rights concern or inappropriate disclosure, email contact@samajya.com · +91 86009 93671 and identify the page, the disputed material, your relationship to it and the correction or other action requested. Provide supporting information where relevant while avoiding unnecessary sensitive data. We will assess credible concerns, take appropriate action and respond in accordance with applicable law.
Content may be corrected, updated, declined, unpublished or removed where appropriate. Removal from the website does not guarantee immediate removal from search engines, external archives or copies held by others. Nothing here prevents you from using a statutory grievance, consumer, court or regulatory remedy.
9. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to maintain the website, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures or events outside reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item is suitable for every person’s circumstances. A failed enquiry form does not confirm that your message was received; use the alternative contact route if delivery is uncertain.
Responsibility for loss is determined under applicable law and the actual circumstances. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not impose a blanket indemnity or waive a right to complain about our own conduct.
10. Law, updates and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to the user or matter. Disputes may be raised before the courts, consumer forums, regulators or other authorities that have lawful jurisdiction. Seeking an informal resolution does not remove statutory rights or extend a legal deadline unless lawfully agreed.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website or law. The published version will identify its effective or updated date, and additional notice or acceptance will be provided where required. Updates will not retrospectively create a charge or rewrite a separately completed agreement. For questions, contact contact@samajya.com · +91 86009 93671 or write to the operator at the address above.
